This is a slide I bought as part of a batch of about 30 for a quid as they were worthless rejects. Strange how one views such things isn't it? I rate this as one of finest diesel shots in my collection. The 52 was photted at Swindon on 4/12/76 but the loco isn't identifiable although it's been suggested that it's D1003 'Western Pioneer'.
